EA Bot Selling and Listing Policy
REB BOT MARKET — POLICY AND TERMS OF SELLING

By submitting an Expert Advisor (EA) or any trading-software product to REB Bot Market, the Seller agrees to comply with the following policies and terms. Clicking “Submit EA For Review” means that the Seller has read, understood, and accepted these Policy and Terms of Selling.
1. Seller Rights and Responsibilities
The Seller is fully responsible for every EA submitted to REB Bot Market. The Seller must ensure that the EA and all submitted information are:
- Truthful and accurate.
- Not misleading to Buyers.
- Not infringing any third-party rights.
- Free from functions intended to cause harm.
- Free from malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Usable in a manner consistent with the published Description.
The Seller must provide enough information for a Buyer to understand the EA’s functions, risks, and intended use before purchase.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
A Seller may list only an EA that the Seller owns, developed, or is legally authorized to distribute and sell. The following are prohibited:
- Stolen or copied EAs.
- Cracked EAs.
- Decompiled EAs.
- EAs containing source code copied from another developer without authorization.
- EAs using another party’s logo, image, source code, or intellectual property without permission.
- EAs purchased from another marketplace and resold without resale rights.
If REB receives a copyright complaint or ownership dispute, REB may temporarily suspend the Listing while the matter is reviewed.
3. Admin Review and Approval
Every EA must pass REB Admin review before it may be published on the Marketplace. Submission does not guarantee approval. Admin may:
- Approve a Listing.
- Reject a Listing.
- Request changes to the Description.
- Request additional documents.
- Request a new EA file.
- Request additional Backtest or Real Account evidence.
- Suspend a Listing.
- Remove a Listing.
- Require the Seller to update the EA before continued sale is permitted.
A Listing with Pending Review status will not be shown publicly until Admin approval.
4. EA File and Security Requirements
Uploaded EA files must use formats permitted by REB Bot Market. For MetaTrader 5, permitted formats may include .mq5 and .ex5. Sellers must not upload files containing:
- Malware, viruses, spyware, or trojans.
- Credential stealers or keyloggers.
- Unauthorized remote access or hidden malicious code.
- Functions that steal account information or trading passwords.
- Functions that damage a computer, VPS, MT5 installation, or trading account.
REB may perform security and functional reviews before approval.
5. Information the Seller Must Provide
Each Listing must contain a clear Description that enables a Buyer to understand the EA before purchase. Information should include:
- EA Name, Strategy, Supported Symbols, and Recommended Timeframe.
- Minimum Deposit, Account Type, and Recommended Leverage.
- Risk Settings, Lot Size Method, Stop Loss, and Take Profit.
- Trading Session, Broker Requirements, and VPS Requirements.
- Grid, Martingale, Hedging, or Recovery functions, if used.
- Maximum Risk or Drawdown warnings.
- License Information, Installation Instructions, and Customer Support Information.
The Seller must not hide functions that can materially increase risk.
6. Pricing Policy
An EA may be listed as a Free EA or Paid EA. Paid EAs may offer Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime licenses. The Seller must enter accurate pricing. The price shown to the Buyer at Checkout is the price applicable to that purchase unless an authorized REB promotion or discount applies.
The Seller must not use a Description or Message to direct a Buyer to make off-platform payments for the purpose of avoiding Marketplace fees or the REB payment system. REB may set commissions, Marketplace fees, payment-processing fees, or other commercial terms under platform policy.
7. Profit and Performance Claims
The Seller must present EA performance information clearly, accurately, and in a verifiable manner so that Users/Buyers can evaluate the EA before deciding to purchase. False or misleading claims about profit, performance, win rate, drawdown, or trading results are prohibited.
Claims that imply guaranteed profitability are prohibited, including “Guaranteed Profit”, “100% Win Rate”, “Zero Risk”, “Cannot Lose”, “Guaranteed Monthly Return”, or equivalent wording.
7.1 Mandatory 7-Day Trial Version
Every EA offered on REB Bot Market must provide a Trial Version so Buyers can test it before purchase. The Trial Version must:
- Remain usable for at least 7 days.
- Include enough core functionality to evaluate the EA.
- Clearly disclose any limitations.
- Not use different trading logic from the Paid Version to make trial results appear better than the real product.
- Not disable essential functions to the extent that meaningful evaluation becomes impossible.
The Trial may be limited by time, account, license, or another safe method, but it must remain available for at least 7 days. An EA without a Trial Version may be refused approval.
7.2 Performance Disclosure
The Seller must disclose material performance information such as Profit/Loss, Drawdown, Total Trades, Win Rate, Trading Period, Initial Deposit, Balance, Equity, Symbol, Timeframe, Lot Size, Risk Setting, Broker, and Account Type. Losses, floating losses, drawdown, or other material risk factors must not be hidden to make performance appear better than it actually is.
7.3 Minimum One-Month Backtest Result
Every EA must provide a Backtest Result covering at least one month before the Listing can be approved. At minimum, the Backtest should show Testing Period, Symbol, Timeframe, Initial Deposit, Net Profit, Maximum Drawdown, Total Trades, Win/Loss Statistics, and Lot Size or Risk Setting. Longer tests are encouraged. A Backtest must be identified as a Historical Test / Simulation and must not be represented as a Real Trading Result.
7.4 Real Account Result
In addition to a Backtest, the Seller must provide a Real Account Trading Result showing that the EA has been used in a real trading environment. The Real Account Result should include Trading Period, Trading History, Balance, Equity, Profit/Loss, Drawdown, Open Positions, Closed Positions, Symbol, Account Type, and Broker. A Demo Account must not be represented as a Real Account.
7.5 Investor Account / Read-Only Account
The EA Description must provide an Investor Account / Read-Only Account that allows Buyers to monitor the Real Account’s performance. The information should include Broker Name, Trading Server, Account Number/Login, and Investor Password/Read-Only Password. Access must be read-only.
The Seller must never provide a Master Trading Password or any password that permits another person to trade, withdraw, deposit, or control the account. The Investor Account should remain active and accessible while the Listing is active. If it becomes unavailable, the Seller must update the credentials, and REB may suspend the Listing until corrected.
7.6 Accuracy of Trading Results
All performance evidence must be genuine. Prohibited conduct includes fake backtests, fake real accounts, fake investor accounts, fake profit screenshots, edited trading history, manipulated account statements, fake withdrawal/deposit evidence, hiding losses or drawdown, presenting Demo results as Real results, using another EA’s results, or editing screenshots to create a false impression.
If falsification is found, the Listing may be Rejected, Suspended, or Removed, and the Seller Account may be restricted.
7.7 Past Performance
Backtests, historical results, and real-account results are provided for evaluation only. Past Performance does not guarantee future results. Results can vary because of broker conditions, spread, slippage, latency, liquidity, leverage, VPS, execution speed, account type, risk settings, and market conditions.
8. Cover Image, Gallery, Video, and Marketing Content
Media must directly relate to the EA being listed. Cover images, screenshots, galleries, and videos must not contain fake profits, fake trading statements, fake reviews, fake customer testimonials, misleading imagery, or third-party content used without permission. If a YouTube video is provided, it should relate to the EA’s functions, installation, strategy, live trading, or performance information.
9. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading involves risk and may result in loss of capital. Approval and publication on REB Bot Market do not mean that REB guarantees profit, win rate, future performance, capital protection, maximum drawdown, or EA reliability in every market condition. The Buyer is responsible for risk settings, lot size, capital allocation, and the decision to use an EA.
10. REB Does Not Provide Investment Advice
REB Bot Market is a marketplace for trading software. EA listings, trading results, backtests, strategies, and Seller descriptions are not personalized financial or investment advice from REB. Buyers should evaluate products and make their own decisions.
11. EA Updates and Compatibility
The Seller is responsible for maintaining the EA. If the EA stops working because of an MT5 update, broker change, API change, license issue, server change, or operating-system update, the Seller should provide an update within a reasonable period when a fix is feasible. A major update that materially changes trading logic may require another Admin review.
12. Customer Support
The Seller must provide the support advertised in the Listing and should clearly state Support Method, Support Time, Installation Support, License Activation, Update Policy, Supported Broker, and Supported Account Type. A Seller must not advertise 24/7 support unless it can actually be provided.
13. License Policy
The Seller must clearly disclose license terms, including the number of accounts allowed, number of devices/VPS, license duration, reset policy, Hardware ID limitations, broker limitations, and Demo/Real Account limitations. After purchase, the Seller must not materially change a Buyer’s license terms without a reasonable basis or in a way that conflicts with the terms advertised at the time of purchase.
14. Refunds and Payment Disputes
Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and license replacements are governed by the REB Marketplace Refund Policy in effect when the Buyer purchases. The Seller must not promise a refund policy that conflicts with REB Marketplace Policy. If a Seller provides a product that materially differs from the Description, the file does not work, or there is evidence of fraud, REB may review the matter.
15. Prohibited Selling Activities
Sellers must not:
- Create fake accounts to review their own products, fake purchases, fake ratings, or fake testimonials.
- Spam Buyers or pressure Buyers to pay outside the Marketplace.
- Sell malware or stolen EAs.
- Bypass the REB License System or REB Payment System.
- Use the platform to steal personal data.
- Use an Investor Account as a pretext to request a Buyer’s Master Password.
- Impersonate another developer or company.
16. Suspension or Removal of an EA Listing
REB may Suspend, Hide, Reject, or Remove a Listing if the EA violates policy, creates a security risk, the Seller provides false information, the Trial Version does not work, the Investor Account cannot be verified, Real Account evidence is invalid, a copyright complaint exists, the EA does not operate as described, promised support is not provided, fraud or abuse occurs, or the Seller attempts to bypass payment or licensing systems.
17. Seller Account Restrictions
Repeated policy violations may result in restrictions on Seller features. Serious cases such as fraud, malware, account theft, copyright abuse, payment fraud, or security attacks may result in Seller Account suspension or termination depending on the circumstances.
18. Responsibility of REB Bot Market
REB Bot Market provides a platform where Sellers and Buyers can list, test, and purchase trading software. Admin approval is intended to review Listing Requirements and Marketplace Policy only; it is not a guarantee of profit or a statement that an EA is suitable for every Buyer. Performance may differ because of broker conditions, spread, slippage, liquidity, VPS, execution speed, market conditions, and risk settings.
19. Changes to the Policy
REB may update these Policy and Terms of Selling to reflect Marketplace development, security requirements, new features, payment systems, licensing systems, and operational requirements. Updated terms become effective when published on the platform unless otherwise stated.
20. Seller Acceptance
Before clicking Submit EA For Review, the Seller must confirm:
“I have read, understood, and agree to the REB Bot Market Policy and Terms of Selling. I confirm that I own this EA or have the lawful right to distribute and sell it. I confirm that the EA File, Trial Version, Backtest, Real Account Result, Investor Account, and all Performance information I provide are genuine, accurate, and not intended to mislead Buyers.”
Legal note: These terms are a marketplace and seller-management policy. Before relying on them as a formal legal agreement, they should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the countries and markets in which REB operates.

1. សិទ្ធិ និងទំនួលខុសត្រូវរបស់ Seller
Seller ត្រូវទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុងចំពោះ EA ដែលខ្លួនបានដាក់ស្នើទៅលើ REB Bot Market។ Seller ត្រូវធានាថា EA និងព័ត៌មានដែលបានបញ្ជូនមក៖
- ជាព័ត៌មានពិត និងត្រឹមត្រូវ។
- មិនបំភាន់ Buyer។
- មិនរំលោភសិទ្ធិរបស់ភាគីទីបី។
- មិនមាន Function ដែលបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់។
- មិនមាន Malware, Virus ឬ Code អាក្រក់។
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់បានស្របតាម Description ដែលបានប្រកាស។
Seller ត្រូវផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ដើម្បីឱ្យ Buyer យល់ពី Function, Risk និងរបៀបប្រើប្រាស់របស់ EA មុនពេលទិញ។
2. កម្មសិទ្ធិ និង Intellectual Property
Seller អាចដាក់លក់បានតែ EA ដែល Seller ជាម្ចាស់, Seller ជាអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍ ឬ Seller មានសិទ្ធិស្របច្បាប់ក្នុងការចែកចាយ និងលក់។ មិនអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យដាក់លក់៖
- EA លួចចម្លង។
- EA Cracked។
- EA Decompiled។
- EA ដែល Copy Source Code ពី Developer ផ្សេងដោយគ្មានសិទ្ធិ។
- EA ដែលប្រើ Logo, Image, Source Code ឬ Intellectual Property របស់អ្នកដទៃដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត។
- EA ដែលត្រូវបានទិញពី Marketplace ផ្សេង ហើយយកមក Resell ដោយគ្មានសិទ្ធិ។
ប្រសិនបើមាន Copyright Complaint ឬ Ownership Dispute, REB អាចផ្អាក Listing ជាបណ្តោះអាសន្ន ខណៈពេលធ្វើការពិនិត្យ។
3. Admin Review និងការអនុម័ត
EA ទាំងអស់ត្រូវឆ្លងកាត់ការពិនិត្យដោយ REB Admin មុនពេលអាច Publish ទៅ Marketplace។ ការដាក់ស្នើ EA មិនមានន័យថា EA នោះត្រូវបានអនុម័តដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិទេ។ Admin មានសិទ្ធិ៖
- Approve Listing។
- Reject Listing។
- ស្នើឱ្យ Seller កែប្រែ Description។
- ស្នើឯកសារបន្ថែម។
- ស្នើ EA File ថ្មី។
- ស្នើ Backtest ឬ Real Account Evidence បន្ថែម។
- ផ្អាក Listing។
- Remove Listing។
- ស្នើឱ្យ Seller Update EA មុនពេលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យលក់បន្ត។
Listing ដែលមាន Status Pending Review មិនត្រូវបង្ហាញជាសាធារណៈនៅ Marketplace រហូតដល់ Admin Approve។
4. EA File និង Security Requirements
EA File ដែល Seller Upload ត្រូវតែស្របតាម Format ដែល REB Bot Market អនុញ្ញាត។ សម្រាប់ MetaTrader 5 អាចរួមមាន .mq5 និង .ex5។ Seller មិនត្រូវ Upload File ដែលមាន៖
- Malware, Virus, Spyware ឬ Trojan។
- Credential Stealer ឬ Keylogger។
- Unauthorized Remote Access ឬ Hidden malicious code។
- Function លួច Account Information ឬ Trading Password។
- Function បង្កខូចខាតដល់ Computer, VPS, MT5 ឬ Trading Account។
REB អាចធ្វើ Security Review និង Functional Review មុនអនុម័ត។
5. ព័ត៌មានដែល Seller ត្រូវផ្តល់
EA Listing ត្រូវមាន Description ដែលច្បាស់លាស់ និងអាចឱ្យ Buyer យល់ពី EA មុនទិញ។ ព័ត៌មានគួររួមមាន៖
- EA Name, Strategy, Supported Symbols និង Recommended Timeframe។
- Minimum Deposit, Account Type និង Recommended Leverage។
- Risk Settings, Lot Size Method, Stop Loss និង Take Profit។
- Trading Session, Broker Requirement និង VPS Requirement។
- Grid, Martingale, Hedging ឬ Recovery Function ប្រសិនបើមាន។
- Maximum Risk ឬ Drawdown Warning។
- License Information, Installation Instruction និង Customer Support Information។
Seller មិនត្រូវលាក់ Function ដែលអាចបង្ក Risk ខ្ពស់ពី Buyer ឡើយ។
6. តម្លៃ និង Pricing Policy
Seller អាច Listing EA ជា Free EA ឬ Paid EA។ Paid EA អាចមាន Monthly License, Annual License និង Lifetime License។ Seller ត្រូវបញ្ចូលតម្លៃឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។ Price ដែល Buyer ឃើញនៅពេល Checkout គឺជាតម្លៃដែលអនុវត្តសម្រាប់ការទិញនោះ លុះត្រាតែមាន Promotion ឬ Discount ដែល REB បានអនុញ្ញាត។
Seller មិនត្រូវប្រើ Description ឬ Message ដើម្បីបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូល Buyer ឱ្យធ្វើ Payment ក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ REB ក្នុងគោលបំណងគេចវេសពី Marketplace Fee ឬ Payment System ឡើយ។ REB អាចកំណត់ Commission, Marketplace Fee, Payment Processing Fee ឬ Commercial Terms ផ្សេងទៀតតាម Policy របស់ Platform។
7. ការអះអាងអំពី Profit និង Performance
Seller ត្រូវបង្ហាញព័ត៌មាន និងលទ្ធផលដំណើរការរបស់ EA ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់ ត្រឹមត្រូវ និងអាចផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់បាន ដើម្បីឱ្យ User/Buyer អាចវាយតម្លៃ EA មុនពេលសម្រេចចិត្តទិញ។ Seller មិនត្រូវធ្វើការអះអាងក្លែងក្លាយ ឬបំភាន់ទាក់ទងនឹង Profit, Performance, Win Rate, Drawdown ឬ Trading Result។
មិនត្រូវប្រើការអះអាងដែលបង្កការយល់ថា Profit ត្រូវបានធានា ដូចជា “Guaranteed Profit”, “100% Win Rate”, “Zero Risk”, “Cannot Lose”, “Guaranteed Monthly Return” ឬពាក្យដែលមានន័យស្រដៀងគ្នា។
7.1 Trial Version រយៈពេល 7 ថ្ងៃ
EA ដែលដាក់លក់លើ REB Bot Market ត្រូវតែមាន Trial Version សម្រាប់ឱ្យ Buyer សាកល្បងមុនពេលទិញ។ Trial Version ត្រូវ៖
- អាចប្រើបានយ៉ាងតិច 7 ថ្ងៃ។
- មាន Function សំខាន់ៗគ្រប់គ្រាន់សម្រាប់វាយតម្លៃ EA។
- បញ្ជាក់ Limitation ឱ្យច្បាស់ ប្រសិនបើមាន។
- មិនត្រូវមាន Trading Logic ខុសពី Paid Version ក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើឱ្យ Trial Result ល្អជាង Version ពិត។
- មិនត្រូវ Disable Function សំខាន់រហូត Buyer មិនអាចសាកល្បងសមត្ថភាព EA បាន។
Trial អាចកំណត់តាម Time, Account, License ឬវិធីសុវត្ថិភាពផ្សេងៗ ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវមានរយៈពេលយ៉ាងតិច 7 ថ្ងៃ។ EA ដែលមិនមាន Trial Version អាចមិនត្រូវបានអនុម័ត។
7.2 ការបង្ហាញ Performance
Seller ត្រូវបង្ហាញព័ត៌មានសំខាន់ៗដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹង Performance ដូចជា Profit/Loss, Drawdown, Total Trades, Win Rate, Trading Period, Initial Deposit, Balance, Equity, Symbol, Timeframe, Lot Size, Risk Setting, Broker និង Account Type។ Seller មិនត្រូវលាក់ Loss, Floating Loss, Drawdown ឬ Risk Factor សំខាន់ៗដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យ EA មើលទៅមាន Performance ល្អជាងការពិតឡើយ។
7.3 Backtest Result យ៉ាងតិច 1 ខែ
EA ទាំងអស់ត្រូវមាន Backtest Result យ៉ាងតិច 1 ខែ មុនអាចត្រូវបានអនុម័ត Listing។ Backtest ត្រូវបង្ហាញយ៉ាងហោចណាស់ Testing Period, Symbol, Timeframe, Initial Deposit, Net Profit, Maximum Drawdown, Total Trades, Win/Loss Statistics និង Lot Size ឬ Risk Setting។ Seller អាចផ្តល់ Backtest រយៈពេលវែងជាងនេះ។ Backtest ត្រូវបញ្ជាក់ថាជា Historical Test / Simulation និងមិនត្រូវបង្ហាញថាជា Real Trading Result។
7.4 Real Account Result
ក្រៅពី Backtest Seller ត្រូវមាន Real Account Trading Result ដើម្បីបង្ហាញថា EA ត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុង Trading Environment ពិតប្រាកដ។ Real Account Result គួរបង្ហាញ Trading Period, Trading History, Balance, Equity, Profit/Loss, Drawdown, Open Positions, Closed Positions, Symbol, Account Type និង Broker។ Seller មិនត្រូវយក Demo Account មកអះអាងថាជា Real Account។
7.5 Investor Account / Read-Only Account
ក្នុង EA Description Seller ត្រូវផ្តល់ Investor Account / Read-Only Account ដើម្បីឱ្យ Buyer អាចតាមដាន Performance របស់ Real Account។ ព័ត៌មានត្រូវផ្តល់ Broker Name, Trading Server, Account Number/Login និង Investor Password/Read-Only Password។ Investor Account ត្រូវមាន Read-Only Access ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
Seller មិនត្រូវផ្តល់ Master Trading Password ឬ Password ដែលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យអ្នកផ្សេង Trade, Withdraw, Deposit ឬគ្រប់គ្រង Account។ Investor Account គួរតែ Active និងអាច Login បាន ខណៈពេល EA Listing នៅ Active។ បើ Investor Account មិនអាចចូលបាន Seller ត្រូវ Update ព័ត៌មានថ្មី ហើយ REB អាច Suspend Listing រហូតដល់កែតម្រូវ។
7.6 ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវនៃ Trading Results
Performance Evidence ទាំងអស់ត្រូវតែជាព័ត៌មានពិត។ ហាម Fake Backtest, Fake Real Account, Fake Investor Account, Fake Profit Screenshot, Edited Trading History, Manipulated Account Statement, Fake Withdrawal/Deposit Evidence, លាក់ Loss/Drawdown, យក Demo Result មកបង្ហាញថាជា Real Result, ប្រើ Result របស់ EA ផ្សេង និងកែ Screenshot ដើម្បីបង្កការយល់ខុស។
ប្រសិនបើរកឃើញការក្លែងបន្លំ Listing អាចត្រូវបាន Rejected, Suspended ឬ Removed ហើយ Seller Account អាចត្រូវបានដាក់កម្រិត។
7.7 Past Performance
Backtest, Historical Results និង Real Account Results គឺជាព័ត៌មានសម្រាប់វាយតម្លៃប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ Past Performance does not guarantee future results. លទ្ធផលអាចប្រែប្រួលដោយសារ Broker, Spread, Slippage, Latency, Liquidity, Leverage, VPS, Execution Speed, Account Type, Risk Setting និង Market Conditions។
8. Cover Image, Gallery, Video និង Marketing Content
Seller ត្រូវប្រើ Media ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធដោយផ្ទាល់នឹង EA ដែលកំពុង Listing។ Cover Image, Screenshot, Photo Gallery និង Video មិនត្រូវបង្ហាញ Fake Profit, Fake Trading Statement, Fake Review, Fake Customer Testimonial, ប្រើរូបភាពដើម្បីបំភាន់ Buyer ឬប្រើ Content របស់អ្នកដទៃដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត។ YouTube Video ប្រសិនបើមាន គួរបង្ហាញ EA Function, Installation, Strategy, Live Trading ឬ Performance Information ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
9. Trading Risk Disclosure

10. REB មិនផ្តល់ Investment Advice
REB Bot Market គឺជា Marketplace សម្រាប់ Trading Software។ ការបង្ហាញ EA, Trading Result, Backtest, Strategy ឬ Seller Description មិនមែនជាការផ្តល់ Personalized Financial Advice ឬ Investment Advice ដោយ REB។ Buyer គួរធ្វើការវាយតម្លៃ និងសម្រេចចិត្តដោយខ្លួនឯង។
11. EA Update និង Compatibility
Seller មានទំនួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការថែទាំ EA ដែលខ្លួនលក់។ ប្រសិនបើ EA ឈប់ដំណើរការដោយសារ MT5 Update, Broker Change, API Change, License Issue, Server Change ឬ Operating System Update Seller គួរផ្តល់ Update ក្នុងរយៈពេលសមស្រប ប្រសិនបើបញ្ហាអាចកែបាន។ Major Update ដែលប្តូរ Trading Logic យ៉ាងសំខាន់ អាចត្រូវ Admin Review ម្តងទៀត។
12. Customer Support
Seller ត្រូវផ្តល់ Support ស្របតាមអ្វីដែលបានប្រកាសនៅក្នុង Listing និងគួរបញ្ជាក់ Support Method, Support Time, Installation Support, License Activation, Update Policy, Supported Broker និង Supported Account Type។ Seller មិនត្រូវផ្សព្វផ្សាយថាមាន Support 24/7 ប្រសិនបើមិនអាចផ្តល់បានពិតប្រាកដ។
13. License Policy
Seller ត្រូវបញ្ជាក់លក្ខខណ្ឌ License ឱ្យបានច្បាស់ ដូចជា Number of Accounts Allowed, Number of Devices/VPS, License Duration, Reset Policy, Hardware ID Limitation, Broker Limitation និង Demo/Real Account Limitation។ Seller មិនត្រូវផ្លាស់ប្តូរលក្ខខណ្ឌ License របស់ Buyer បន្ទាប់ពីការទិញដោយគ្មានហេតុផលសមស្រប ឬផ្ទុយពីលក្ខខណ្ឌដែលបានប្រកាសនៅពេលទិញ។
14. Refund និង Payment Dispute
Refund, Cancellation, Payment Dispute និង License Replacement ត្រូវអនុវត្តតាម REB Marketplace Refund Policy ដែលមានសុពលភាពនៅពេល Buyer ទិញ។ Seller មិនត្រូវសន្យា Refund Policy ផ្សេងដែលផ្ទុយពី REB Marketplace Policy។ ប្រសិនបើ Seller ផ្តល់ Product ខុសពី Description, File មិនដំណើរការ ឬមានភស្តុតាងនៃ Fraud, REB អាចធ្វើការពិនិត្យករណីនោះ។
15. Prohibited Selling Activities
Seller មិនត្រូវ៖
- បង្កើត Fake Account ដើម្បី Review Product របស់ខ្លួន, Fake Purchase, Fake Rating ឬ Fake Testimonial។
- Spam Buyer ឬបង្ខំ Buyer ទៅបង់ប្រាក់ក្រៅ Marketplace។
- លក់ Malware ឬ Stolen EA។
- Bypass REB License System ឬ REB Payment System។
- ប្រើ Platform ដើម្បីលួច Personal Data។
- ប្រើ Investor Account ដើម្បីស្នើសុំ Master Password ពី Buyer។
- Impersonate Developer ឬ Company ផ្សេង។
16. ការផ្អាក ឬដក EA Listing
REB អាច Suspend, Hide, Reject ឬ Remove Listing ប្រសិនបើ EA រំលោភ Policy, មាន Security Risk, Seller ផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានក្លែងក្លាយ, Trial Version មិនដំណើរការ, Investor Account មិនអាច Verify, Real Account Evidence មិនត្រឹមត្រូវ, មាន Copyright Complaint, EA មិនដំណើរការតាម Description, Seller មិនផ្តល់ Support តាមការសន្យា, មាន Fraud/Abuse ឬ Seller ព្យាយាម Bypass Payment/Licensing System។
17. Seller Account Restriction
ការរំលោភ Policy ម្តងហើយម្តងទៀត អាចបណ្តាលឱ្យ Seller ត្រូវបានដាក់កម្រិតក្នុងការប្រើ Seller Features។ ករណីធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ដូចជា Fraud, Malware, Account Theft, Copyright Abuse, Payment Fraud ឬ Security Attack អាចនាំឱ្យ Seller Account ត្រូវបាន Suspend ឬ Terminate តាមស្ថានភាព។
18. ទំនួលខុសត្រូវរបស់ REB Bot Market
REB Bot Market ផ្តល់ Platform សម្រាប់ Seller និង Buyer ក្នុងការបង្ហាញ សាកល្បង និងទិញ Trading Software។ ការអនុម័ត EA ដោយ Admin មានគោលបំណងពិនិត្យ Listing Requirements និង Marketplace Policy ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ហើយមិនមែនជាការធានា Profit ឬការបញ្ជាក់ថា EA នឹងសមស្របសម្រាប់ Buyer គ្រប់រូបឡើយ។ Performance អាចខុសគ្នាតាម Broker, Spread, Slippage, Liquidity, VPS, Execution Speed, Market Condition និង Risk Settings។
19. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ Policy
REB មានសិទ្ធិកែប្រែ Policy and Terms of Selling ដើម្បីឱ្យសមស្របនឹង Marketplace Development, Security Requirements, New Features, Payment System, Licensing System និង Operational Requirements។ Policy ដែលបាន Update នឹងមានសុពលភាពចាប់ពីពេល Publish លើ Platform លុះត្រាតែមានការបញ្ជាក់ផ្សេង។
20. Seller Acceptance
មុនចុច Submit EA For Review, Seller ត្រូវបញ្ជាក់ថា៖
“ខ្ញុំបានអាន យល់ និងយល់ព្រមតាម REB Bot Market Policy and Terms of Selling។ ខ្ញុំបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្ញុំជាម្ចាស់ EA នេះ ឬមានសិទ្ធិស្របច្បាប់ក្នុងការចែកចាយ និងលក់។ ខ្ញុំបញ្ជាក់ថា EA File, Trial Version, Backtest, Real Account Result, Investor Account និងព័ត៌មាន Performance ទាំងអស់ដែលខ្ញុំបានផ្តល់គឺពិត ត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមិនមានគោលបំណងបំភាន់ Buyer ឡើយ។”
ចំណាំ៖ Policy នេះគឺជាគោលការណ៍ Marketplace និង Seller Management។ សម្រាប់ការប្រើជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងផ្លូវការដែលមានផលប៉ះពាល់ផ្នែកច្បាប់ គួរត្រូវបានពិនិត្យដោយអ្នកជំនាញច្បាប់ឱ្យសមនឹងប្រទេស និងទីផ្សារដែល REB ដំណើរការ។

向 REB Bot Market 提交 Expert Advisor (EA) 或任何交易软件产品，即表示卖家（Seller）同意遵守以下政策与条款。点击 “Submit EA For Review” 即表示卖家已经阅读、理解并接受本销售政策与条款。
1. 卖家的权利与责任
卖家对提交至 REB Bot Market 的 EA 承担全部责任。卖家必须确保 EA 及提交的信息：
- 真实、准确。
- 不会误导买家。
- 不侵犯任何第三方权利。
- 不包含蓄意造成损害的功能。
- 不包含恶意软件、病毒或恶意代码。
- 能够按照所公布的 Description 正常使用。
卖家必须提供足够的信息，使买家在购买前能够了解 EA 的功能、风险以及正确使用方式。
2. 所有权与知识产权
卖家只能上架自己拥有、自己开发，或依法获得分发和销售授权的 EA。禁止：
- 盗取或抄袭的 EA。
- Cracked EA。
- Decompiled EA。
- 未经授权复制其他开发者源代码的 EA。
- 未经许可使用他人的 Logo、Image、Source Code 或其他知识产权。
- 从其他 Marketplace 购买后，在没有转售权的情况下再次销售。
如出现版权投诉或所有权争议，REB 可在调查期间临时暂停该 Listing。
3. Admin 审核与批准
所有 EA 必须通过 REB Admin 审核后才能发布到 Marketplace。提交并不代表自动批准。Admin 有权：
- Approve Listing。
- Reject Listing。
- 要求修改 Description。
- 要求补充文件。
- 要求重新提供 EA File。
- 要求补充 Backtest 或 Real Account Evidence。
- 暂停 Listing。
- Remove Listing。
- 要求卖家更新 EA 后才允许继续销售。
Status 为 Pending Review 的 Listing 在 Admin 批准前不会公开显示。
4. EA File 与安全要求
卖家上传的 EA File 必须使用 REB Bot Market 允许的格式。MetaTrader 5 可包括 .mq5 和 .ex5。不得上传包含以下内容的文件：
- Malware、Virus、Spyware 或 Trojan。
- Credential Stealer 或 Keylogger。
- Unauthorized Remote Access 或隐藏的恶意代码。
- 窃取账户信息或 Trading Password 的功能。
- 损害 Computer、VPS、MT5 或 Trading Account 的功能。
REB 可在批准前进行 Security Review 与 Functional Review。
5. 卖家必须提供的信息
EA Listing 必须包含清楚的 Description，使买家能够在购买前理解产品。信息应包括：
- EA Name、Strategy、Supported Symbols、Recommended Timeframe。
- Minimum Deposit、Account Type、Recommended Leverage。
- Risk Settings、Lot Size Method、Stop Loss、Take Profit。
- Trading Session、Broker Requirement、VPS Requirement。
- 如使用 Grid、Martingale、Hedging 或 Recovery Function，必须说明。
- Maximum Risk 或 Drawdown Warning。
- License Information、Installation Instruction、Customer Support Information。
卖家不得向买家隐瞒会显著提高风险的重要功能。
6. 价格与 Pricing Policy
EA 可上架为 Free EA 或 Paid EA。Paid EA 可设置 Monthly、Annual 和 Lifetime License。卖家必须填写准确价格。除非 REB 授权的 Promotion 或 Discount 适用，否则买家在 Checkout 时看到的价格即为该次购买适用的价格。
卖家不得通过 Description 或 Message 引导买家到 REB 系统之外付款，以逃避 Marketplace Fee 或 Payment System。REB 可根据平台政策设置 Commission、Marketplace Fee、Payment Processing Fee 或其他商业条款。
7. Profit 与 Performance 声明
卖家必须以清楚、准确且可核实的方式展示 EA 的表现信息，使 User/Buyer 能够在购买前进行评估。严禁对 Profit、Performance、Win Rate、Drawdown 或 Trading Result 作虚假或误导性陈述。
不得使用暗示收益有保证的说法，例如 “Guaranteed Profit”、“100% Win Rate”、“Zero Risk”、“Cannot Lose”、“Guaranteed Monthly Return” 或具有相同含义的表达。
7.1 强制 7 天 Trial Version
在 REB Bot Market 上架的 EA 必须提供 Trial Version，让买家在购买前测试。Trial Version 必须：
- 至少可使用 7 天。
- 包含足够的核心功能，以便评估 EA。
- 如有限制，必须清楚说明。
- 不得通过与 Paid Version 不同的 Trading Logic 故意让 Trial Result 看起来更好。
- 不得禁用关键功能到导致买家无法有效测试 EA 的程度。
Trial 可通过 Time、Account、License 或其他安全方式限制，但使用期限不得少于 7 天。没有 Trial Version 的 EA 可能不会被批准。
7.2 Performance 信息披露
卖家必须披露重要 Performance 信息，包括 Profit/Loss、Drawdown、Total Trades、Win Rate、Trading Period、Initial Deposit、Balance、Equity、Symbol、Timeframe、Lot Size、Risk Setting、Broker 和 Account Type。不得隐藏 Loss、Floating Loss、Drawdown 或其他重要 Risk Factor，以使 EA 表现看起来优于实际情况。
7.3 至少 1 个月的 Backtest Result
所有 EA 在 Listing 获批前必须提供 至少 1 个月的 Backtest Result。至少应展示 Testing Period、Symbol、Timeframe、Initial Deposit、Net Profit、Maximum Drawdown、Total Trades、Win/Loss Statistics、Lot Size 或 Risk Setting。鼓励提供更长周期的 Backtest。Backtest 必须明确标注为 Historical Test / Simulation，不得冒充 Real Trading Result。
7.4 Real Account Result
除 Backtest 外，卖家必须提供 Real Account Trading Result，证明 EA 在真实交易环境中使用过。建议展示 Trading Period、Trading History、Balance、Equity、Profit/Loss、Drawdown、Open Positions、Closed Positions、Symbol、Account Type 和 Broker。不得把 Demo Account 声称为 Real Account。
7.5 Investor Account / Read-Only Account
EA Description 中必须提供 Investor Account / Read-Only Account，让买家能够跟踪 Real Account 的 Performance。应提供 Broker Name、Trading Server、Account Number/Login、Investor Password/Read-Only Password。该账户必须仅具有只读权限。
卖家 不得提供 Master Trading Password，也不得提供任何能让他人 Trade、Withdraw、Deposit 或控制账户的密码。Investor Account 在 Listing Active 期间应保持可登录。如无法登录，卖家必须及时更新信息，REB 可暂停 Listing 直至问题修正。
7.6 Trading Results 的真实性
所有 Performance Evidence 必须真实。禁止 Fake Backtest、Fake Real Account、Fake Investor Account、Fake Profit Screenshot、Edited Trading History、Manipulated Account Statement、Fake Withdrawal/Deposit Evidence、隐藏 Loss 或 Drawdown、把 Demo Result 伪装成 Real Result、使用其他 EA 的结果，以及修改截图制造虚假印象。
如发现造假，Listing 可被 Rejected、Suspended 或 Removed，Seller Account 也可能受到限制。
7.7 Past Performance
Backtest、Historical Results 与 Real Account Results 仅用于评估。Past Performance does not guarantee future results. 实际结果可能因 Broker、Spread、Slippage、Latency、Liquidity、Leverage、VPS、Execution Speed、Account Type、Risk Setting 和 Market Conditions 而不同。
8. Cover Image、Gallery、Video 与 Marketing Content
卖家使用的 Media 必须与正在上架的 EA 直接相关。Cover Image、Screenshot、Photo Gallery 和 Video 不得包含 Fake Profit、Fake Trading Statement、Fake Review、Fake Customer Testimonial、误导性图片，或未经许可的第三方 Content。如提供 YouTube Video，应与 EA Function、Installation、Strategy、Live Trading 或 Performance Information 相关。
9. Trading Risk Disclosure
交易存在风险，并可能导致本金损失。EA 被批准并显示在 REB Bot Market，并不代表 REB 保证 Profit、Win Rate、Future Performance、Capital Protection、Maximum Drawdown，或 EA 在所有 Market Condition 下都可靠。买家自行负责 Risk、Lot Size、Capital 以及是否使用 EA 的决定。
10. REB 不提供 Investment Advice
REB Bot Market 是 Trading Software Marketplace。EA、Trading Result、Backtest、Strategy 或 Seller Description 的展示，不构成 REB 提供的 Personalized Financial Advice 或 Investment Advice。买家应自行评估并作出决定。
11. EA Update 与 Compatibility
卖家负责维护其销售的 EA。如 EA 因 MT5 Update、Broker Change、API Change、License Issue、Server Change 或 Operating System Update 而停止工作，若问题可以修复，卖家应在合理时间内提供 Update。会显著改变 Trading Logic 的 Major Update 可能需要再次 Admin Review。
12. Customer Support
卖家必须提供 Listing 中承诺的 Support，并应明确 Support Method、Support Time、Installation Support、License Activation、Update Policy、Supported Broker、Supported Account Type。若无法真正提供，不得宣传 24/7 Support。
13. License Policy
卖家必须清楚说明 License 条款，包括允许的 Account 数量、Device/VPS 数量、License Duration、Reset Policy、Hardware ID Limitation、Broker Limitation、Demo/Real Account Limitation。购买后，卖家不得无合理理由改变买家的 License 条款，也不得与购买时公布的条件相冲突。
14. Refund 与 Payment Dispute
Refund、Cancellation、Payment Dispute 与 License Replacement 按买家购买时有效的 REB Marketplace Refund Policy 执行。卖家不得承诺与 REB Marketplace Policy 冲突的 Refund Policy。如卖家提供的 Product 与 Description 明显不符、File 无法使用，或存在 Fraud 证据，REB 可进行调查。
15. 禁止的 Selling Activities
卖家不得：
- 创建 Fake Account 给自己的产品 Review，或制造 Fake Purchase、Fake Rating、Fake Testimonial。
- Spam Buyer 或强迫 Buyer 到 Marketplace 外付款。
- 销售 Malware 或 Stolen EA。
- Bypass REB License System 或 REB Payment System。
- 利用平台窃取 Personal Data。
- 利用 Investor Account 为由向 Buyer 索要 Master Password。
- 冒充其他 Developer 或 Company。
16. 暂停或移除 EA Listing
如 EA 违反 Policy、存在 Security Risk、Seller 提供虚假信息、Trial Version 无法工作、Investor Account 无法 Verify、Real Account Evidence 不准确、存在 Copyright Complaint、EA 未按 Description 工作、Seller 未提供承诺的 Support、存在 Fraud/Abuse，或 Seller 尝试 Bypass Payment/Licensing System，REB 可 Suspend、Hide、Reject 或 Remove Listing。
17. Seller Account Restriction
多次违反 Policy 可能导致 Seller Features 受到限制。Fraud、Malware、Account Theft、Copyright Abuse、Payment Fraud 或 Security Attack 等严重情况，可导致 Seller Account 被 Suspend 或 Terminate，具体视情况而定。
18. REB Bot Market 的责任
REB Bot Market 为 Seller 和 Buyer 提供展示、测试和购买 Trading Software 的平台。Admin 批准的目的仅是审核 Listing Requirements 与 Marketplace Policy，并不代表 REB 保证 Profit，也不代表该 EA 适合所有 Buyer。Performance 可能因 Broker、Spread、Slippage、Liquidity、VPS、Execution Speed、Market Condition 和 Risk Settings 而不同。
19. Policy 变更
REB 有权根据 Marketplace Development、Security Requirements、New Features、Payment System、Licensing System 和 Operational Requirements 更新本 Policy and Terms of Selling。除非另有说明，更新后的 Policy 自发布到平台之时起生效。
20. Seller Acceptance
在点击 Submit EA For Review 之前，Seller 必须确认：
“我已阅读、理解并同意 REB Bot Market Policy and Terms of Selling。我确认我是此 EA 的所有者，或依法拥有分发和销售的权利。我确认所提供的 EA File、Trial Version、Backtest、Real Account Result、Investor Account 以及全部 Performance 信息都是真实、准确的，并且没有误导 Buyer 的意图。”
法律提示： 本政策用于 Marketplace 与 Seller Management。在将其作为具有法律效力的正式协议使用之前，建议由合格法律专业人士根据 REB 实际运营的国家和市场进行审查。
