Trading Bot Tool Usage Policy
Please read and understand the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Trading Bot Tool.
By registering, accessing, or using this Tool, the User agrees to comply with all terms stated below.
1. Service Fee
1.1 Free Trial
Users are allowed to use the Trading Bot Tool free of charge for a period of 7 days as a trial.
1.2 Monthly Subscription
After the trial period ends, Users must pay a service fee of $30 per month to continue using the Tool.
Users registered under the Referral Program may receive free access or special fee exemptions based on Developer conditions.
1.3 Suspension for Non-Payment
If the User fails to pay the required service fee on time, the Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Tool without prior notice.
2. Profit Sharing
2.1 Profit Distribution
Users are required to share 30% of trading profits with the Developer.
Profit payments may be made daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the agreement between the User and the Developer.
2.2 Failure to Share Profits
If the User fails to provide the agreed profit sharing, the Developer reserves the right to disable the License or suspend the Account immediately.
3. Tool Usage Responsibility
3.1 User Understanding
Users must fully understand how to use the Trading Bot Tool before enabling Auto Trading features.
3.2 User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for their own trading decisions and usage of the Tool.
The Developer shall not be held responsible for financial losses, loss of capital, trading risks, or any damages resulting from the use of the Tool.
3.3 Trading Risk Warning
Forex, Crypto, Gold, and other financial market trading involve high risk.
The Trading Bot Tool does not guarantee 100% profit.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. License & Device Policy
4.1 License Usage
Each License may only be used on 1 Device / 1 PC.
Changing hardware or transferring the License to another device may require Developer approval.
4.2 Unauthorized Distribution
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, cracking, modifying, or redistributing the Tool without Developer permission.
If any violation is detected, the Developer reserves the right to permanently disable the License or Account without refund.
5. Internet, VPS & Broker Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining stable Internet connection, VPS service, MT5 platform, and broker server connection.
The Developer is not responsible for Internet disconnection, VPS failure, MT5 crash, broker delays, slippage, spread increases, server errors, trade execution problems, or any other technical issues.
6. Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable.
Exceptions may only apply if specifically approved by the Developer.
7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All Bot strategies, source codes, system logic, designs, and technical information are the intellectual property of the Developer.
Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying code, attempting to hack the system, copying strategies, or any unauthorized attempt to access or duplicate the system.
8. Right to Suspend or Terminate
The Developer reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any License or Account at any time if the User fails to pay service fees, fails to share profits, shares the Tool illegally, uses the Tool for unlawful purposes, or causes harm to the system or Developer.
This action may be taken without prior notice.
9. Developer Rights
The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove any Terms & Conditions at any time when necessary.
Changes may occur without prior notification.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By registering or using the Trading Bot Tool, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.

គោលការណ៍ប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ Trading Bot
សូមអាន និងយល់ពីលក្ខខណ្ឌខាងក្រោមឱ្យបានច្បាស់ មុនពេលប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ Trading Bot។
ដោយការចុះឈ្មោះ ចូលប្រើ ឬប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍នេះ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់យល់ព្រមគោរពតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងអស់ខាងក្រោម។
1. ថ្លៃសេវាកម្ម
1.1 ការសាកល្បងឥតគិតថ្លៃ
អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់អាចប្រើឧបករណ៍ Trading Bot ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃរយៈពេល 7 ថ្ងៃសម្រាប់ការសាកល្បង។
1.2 ការជាវប្រចាំខែ
បន្ទាប់ពីរយៈពេលសាកល្បងបញ្ចប់ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ត្រូវបង់ថ្លៃសេវា $30 ក្នុងមួយខែ ដើម្បីបន្តប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍នេះ។
អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ដែលបានចុះឈ្មោះក្រោមកម្មវិធី Referral អាចទទួលបានការប្រើប្រាស់ឥតគិតថ្លៃ ឬការលើកលែងថ្លៃពិសេស អាស្រ័យលើលក្ខខណ្ឌរបស់អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
1.3 ការផ្អាកដោយមិនបានបង់ប្រាក់
ប្រសិនបើអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មិនបានបង់ថ្លៃសេវាតាមពេលកំណត់ អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការផ្អាក ឬបញ្ចប់ការចូលប្រើឧបករណ៍នេះ ដោយមិនចាំបាច់ជូនដំណឹងជាមុន។
2. ការចែករំលែកប្រាក់ចំណេញ
2.1 ការចែកចាយប្រាក់ចំណេញ
អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ត្រូវចែករំលែក 30% នៃប្រាក់ចំណេញពីការជួញដូរជាមួយអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
ការទូទាត់ប្រាក់ចំណេញអាចធ្វើប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍ ឬប្រចាំខែ អាស្រ័យលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរវាងអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ និងអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
2.2 ការមិនចែករំលែកប្រាក់ចំណេញ
ប្រសិនបើអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មិនបានផ្តល់ការចែករំលែកប្រាក់ចំណេញតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការបិទ License ឬផ្អាកគណនីភ្លាមៗ។
3. ទំនួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍
3.1 ការយល់ដឹងរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់
អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ត្រូវយល់ច្បាស់ពីរបៀបប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ Trading Bot មុនពេលបើកមុខងារ Auto Trading។
3.2 ទំនួលខុសត្រូវរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់
អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុងចំពោះការសម្រេចចិត្តជួញដូរ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍នេះ។
អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខាតបង់ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ការបាត់បង់ទុន ហានិភ័យជួញដូរ ឬការខូចខាតណាមួយដែលកើតចេញពីការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍នេះទេ។
3.3 ការព្រមានអំពីហានិភ័យជួញដូរ
ការជួញដូរ Forex, Crypto, Gold និងទីផ្សារហិរញ្ញវត្ថុផ្សេងៗ មានហានិភ័យខ្ពស់។
ឧបករណ៍ Trading Bot មិនធានាប្រាក់ចំណេញ 100% ទេ។
លទ្ធផលកន្លងមកមិនធានាលទ្ធផលនាពេលអនាគតទេ។
4. គោលការណ៍ License និងឧបករណ៍
4.1 ការប្រើប្រាស់ License
License មួយអាចប្រើបានតែលើឧបករណ៍ 1 ឬកុំព្យូទ័រ 1 ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ hardware ឬផ្ទេរ License ទៅឧបករណ៍ផ្សេង អាចត្រូវការការអនុម័តពីអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
4.2 ការចែកចាយដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត
អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់យ៉ាងតឹងរ៉ឹងមិនឱ្យចែករំលែក លក់បន្ត crack កែប្រែ ឬចែកចាយឧបករណ៍នេះឡើងវិញ ដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាតពីអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
ប្រសិនបើរកឃើញការរំលោភបំពាន អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការបិទ License ឬគណនីជាអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ ដោយមិនសងប្រាក់វិញ។
5. ទំនួលខុសត្រូវលើ Internet, VPS និង Broker
អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការរក្សាការតភ្ជាប់ Internet, សេវា VPS, កម្មវិធី MT5 និងការតភ្ជាប់ server របស់ broker ឱ្យមានស្ថេរភាព។
អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការដាច់ Internet, បញ្ហា VPS, MT5 crash, ការយឺតយ៉ាវរបស់ broker, slippage, spread កើនឡើង, server error, បញ្ហាដំណើរការ trade ឬបញ្ហាបច្ចេកទេសផ្សេងៗទេ។
6. គោលការណ៍សងប្រាក់វិញ
រាល់ការទូទាត់ទាំងអស់មិនអាចសងប្រាក់វិញបានទេ។
ករណីលើកលែងអាចអនុវត្តបានតែបើមានការអនុម័តជាក់លាក់ពីអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
7. កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និងការរក្សាការសម្ងាត់
យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ Bot, source code, logic របស់ប្រព័ន្ធ, design និងព័ត៌មានបច្ចេកទេសទាំងអស់ គឺជាកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញារបស់អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់មិនឱ្យ reverse engineer, decompile, កែប្រែ code, ព្យាយាម hack ប្រព័ន្ធ, ចម្លងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ឬព្យាយាមចូលប្រើ ឬចម្លងប្រព័ន្ធដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត។
8. សិទ្ធិក្នុងការផ្អាក ឬបញ្ចប់
អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការផ្អាក បិទ ឬបញ្ចប់ License ឬគណនីណាមួយនៅពេលណាក៏បាន ប្រសិនបើអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មិនបង់ថ្លៃសេវា មិនចែករំលែកប្រាក់ចំណេញ ចែកចាយឧបករណ៍ដោយខុសច្បាប់ ប្រើឧបករណ៍សម្រាប់គោលបំណងខុសច្បាប់ ឬបង្កការខូចខាតដល់ប្រព័ន្ធ ឬអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
សកម្មភាពនេះអាចធ្វើឡើងដោយមិនចាំបាច់ជូនដំណឹងជាមុន។
9. សិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍
អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការកែប្រែ ធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព បន្ថែម ឬដកចេញលក្ខខណ្ឌណាមួយនៅពេលចាំបាច់។
ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរអាចកើតឡើងដោយមិនចាំបាច់ជូនដំណឹងជាមុន។
10. ការទទួលយកកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង
ដោយការចុះឈ្មោះ ឬប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ Trading Bot អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទទួលស្គាល់ថាបានអាន យល់ និងយល់ព្រមតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងអស់ខាងលើ។

在使用交易机器人工具之前，请仔细阅读并理解以下条款与条件。
注册、访问或使用本工具，即表示用户同意遵守以下所有条款。
1. 服务费用
1.1 免费试用
用户可免费试用交易机器人工具 7 天。
1.2 月度订阅
试用期结束后，用户必须每月支付 $30 服务费，才能继续使用本工具。
通过推荐计划注册的用户，可根据开发者条件获得免费使用权或特殊费用减免。
1.3 未付款暂停服务
如果用户未按时支付所需服务费，开发者有权暂停或终止其对本工具的访问，且无需提前通知。
2. 利润分成
2.1 利润分配
用户需向开发者分享交易利润的 30%。
利润支付可按每日、每周或每月进行，具体取决于用户与开发者之间的协议。
2.2 未分享利润
如果用户未按约定提供利润分成，开发者有权立即停用 License 或暂停账户。
3. 工具使用责任
3.1 用户理解
在启用自动交易功能之前，用户必须充分了解交易机器人工具的使用方式。
3.2 用户责任
用户需对自己的交易决策和本工具的使用承担全部责任。
开发者不对因使用本工具而产生的财务损失、资金损失、交易风险或任何损害承担责任。
3.3 交易风险提示
Forex、Crypto、Gold 以及其他金融市场交易均存在高风险。
交易机器人工具不保证 100% 盈利。
过去的表现不代表未来结果。
4. License 与设备政策
4.1 License 使用
每个 License 只能用于 1 台设备 / 1 台电脑。
更换硬件或将 License 转移到其他设备，可能需要获得开发者批准。
4.2 未经授权的分发
严禁用户在未经开发者许可的情况下分享、转售、破解、修改或重新分发本工具。
如发现任何违规行为，开发者有权永久停用 License 或账户，且不予退款。
5. Internet、VPS 与 Broker 责任
用户负责保持 Internet 连接、VPS 服务、MT5 平台以及 broker 服务器连接稳定。
开发者不对 Internet 断线、VPS 故障、MT5 崩溃、broker 延迟、滑点、点差扩大、服务器错误、交易执行问题或任何其他技术问题承担责任。
6. 退款政策
所有已支付款项均不可退款。
例外情况仅在开发者明确批准时适用。
7. 知识产权与保密
所有 Bot 策略、源代码、系统逻辑、设计和技术信息均为开发者的知识产权。
禁止用户进行逆向工程、反编译、修改代码、尝试入侵系统、复制策略，或未经授权访问或复制系统。
8. 暂停或终止权利
如果用户未支付服务费、未分享利润、非法分享本工具、将本工具用于非法目的，或对系统或开发者造成损害，开发者有权随时暂停、停用或终止任何 License 或账户。
此类操作可在不提前通知的情况下执行。
9. 开发者权利
开发者有权在必要时随时修改、更新、添加或删除任何条款与条件。
变更可能在不提前通知的情况下发生。
10. 协议接受
注册或使用交易机器人工具，即表示用户确认已阅读、理解并同意以上所有条款与条件。
